Slow RDP when clicking from screen to screen

I had this problem with Vista when I would RDP into certain servers. It started with one server and started to spread like a cancer. I would log in quickly enough but then clicking from screen to screen was painfully slow. No errors were reported. I found the command that fixes it. Just paste this into a command prompt:
netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
