Terminal Server Issues with Users and Spyware

I'm a computer consultant that works with computers and users on a daily basis. I'm not sure which gives me more job security, Microsoft's software or end users.
Another Tech and I were at a client the other day with a terminal server issue. Users uses this server with a specialized application that user’s remote into and use. The users also use that server for their email and Internet access. This server has been running for the past six months without an issue when one day they start getting piles of pop ups. We looked over the server and found a ton of viruses and spyware. We looked through the user's temporary Internet files and found one user was spending too much time on Pogo.com, which is known to infect PC's with garbage of the worse kind. We had a chat with the IT contact about the problem of users going to spyware sites and we sold them on a content filter. That night the other Tech took the server home and cleaned off all the viruses (hopefully). We'll see if it's really clean over the next couple of weeks.
Regardless of what keeps me employed in the end I love my job, which means I love Microsoft and I love the end users. Thanks to both of you.
