Webcams are a great thing, when they work. They don't seem to work the way they are advertised which is very frustrating. Have you ever had a webcam session open and either couldn't get it to work at all, or it starts to go all jittery without a moments notice?
Webcams are very different from wireless cameras. The latter is mostly used for security and connects through a network cable. The Webcam usually connects with a USB cable, but can also be Firewire. The older ones used serial connections....

I remember in Back To The Future Michael Fox's character Marty goes back to the 1950's and meets up with "Doc" who sent him there. We are installing a product from Citrix called Go To Meeting. It seems like a pretty good product and I attended the training online. They offer a personal edition and a corporate version. The product basically allows a Net Meeting like atmosphere but a little more sophisticated. All users can take turns being the presentor and can share their computers. You can have 15 simultaneous users on the personal and 25 on the corporate edition on at once. They also allow for some interesting customization...
