As I mentioned before, the ITEC show was a great success. We are going through all the leads that were generated during the show and hope to make some new customers and new friends.
Cisco also agreed to sponsor our radio show and wants to bring us into Seattle as well. We are looking at stations up there to determine the best fit.

Today was day one for the ITEC show in Portland. It was pretty awesome. I did some radio interviews with James Gaskin who was the keynote speaker. I also interviewed the co founder of Netvigilance. There were other heads of technology corporations as well from the NW and beyond.

Comcast really ticked me off because they said they would come by but they chickened out. I don't know if it was stage fright or they just didn't want to be compared with FIOS from Verizon anymore.

Well tomorrow is the ITEC show. We have been working hard getting together a display and banners. Link Sys and Cisco have been great to partner with. They sent all kinds of hardware, brochures and things to give away.
We are probably the only ones with a home made back ground, but its our first show and we just found out ten days ago we were doing it, so next time we will have the professional look. For now though I think it looks pretty cool.

My business partner Andy says that to truly get the right Christmas gift for the computer person in your life, you have to get in touch with their inner geek. Some people wear the geek moniker as a badge of honor. Some wear the name nerd in a similar way. In history geeks bit the heads off of chickens, and nerds were just, well .. nerdy.
There are hundreds and maybe thousands of businesses that fix computers with the name geek or nerd in them. I never really got into this business to fix...

I am happy to announce that today we decided to be exhibitors at the Portland ITEC show at the end of November.
After our radio interview with Pauk Cederholm from Cisco/Link Sys we decided to partner for the event. Later on in the day we got a call that the ITEC coordinators want us to speak for 45 minutes as well on whatever topic we chose. We are going to cover the new NAS device that Link Sys is marketing to businesses.
We may also cover their new VOIP phones and security cameras....
