Or, you could do what I do. Refuse to install IE7 at all.
I use Firefox with tabs for all of my common everyday sites - Gmail, DDO (Dungeons & Dragons Online) forums, & Pay Pal. But I have to use IE for there.com, my main site to deal with, because they are not competely FF compatable quite yet.
I use IE6 with no problems at all. AND I can see my refresh button. heh.
